2 cups plain flour 2 tsp baking powder 1 tbsp milk powder 1 tbsp butter 1 dessert spoon olive oil 1 small zucchini Half cup.cheese 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp paprika 1/2 tsp nigella 1 dessert spoon sambal oelek 1/2 cup water Combine dry ingredients including spices Add butter and oil and rub in until like breadcrumbs Add zucchini and cheese,  sambal Add water until desired consistency  Bake 180 deg on baking paper in clumps till golden  Serve with chutney

1 cup arborio rice 1 onion 1 clove garlic  2 vege stock portions White wine for you, and white wine for the pot 3/4 cup walnuts 1 tbsp pine nuts Pinch Salt 1 tsp cinnamon 2 tsp paprika 2 tsp Brown sugar 1 Pear Olive oil Balsamic Nutritional yeast Fry the onion in oil Add the garlic When soft add the rice Add the stock cubes or powder Add cups of water and wine alternately Keep stirring Add salt and spices When cooked, add chopped walnuts  and nutritional yeast Chop Pear, put it in the grill with balsamic, brown sugar and oil Put it on top Serve with extra wine
