French potatoes...but with cream

6 potatoes 
1 tbsp butter
1 onion
1 clove garlic 
1 cup vege stock
About 2 tbsp thickened cream

Zucchini
Another onion
Salt
More Butter

Fry an onion and a clove of garlic in a tablespoon butter

Put chopped potatoes in, fry till starting to brown

Add 1 cup of vege stock, cover and boil till potatoes cooked

Uncover and boil off the liquid
Add cream and stir till thick and brownish

Serve with zucchini fried in butter.
